Launch a campaign
Pons combines the base creator fee and 30 bp creator tax before paying the campaign. Every campaign coin trades against Global Dollar (USDG), so every receipt is USDG. Before finalization, the router splits each actual receipt 70% to a deployer USDG credit and 30% to the recipient. After finalization, it splits each receipt 50% to recipient USDG funding, 10% to the deployer USDG credit, 20% to the protocol, and 20% to a deployer reward. While the PAYOUT token is not active, the recipient 30% is USDG tranche funding, the protocol 20% goes to the launch treasury, and the deployer reward is a USDG credit with no vesting. After token activation, the recipient 30% buys a PAYOUT bonus, the protocol 20% buys PAYOUT that is burned, and the deployer reward buys PAYOUT that vests over 60 days. The split of a receipt uses the state at the time the router receives it.

List 1 to 8 eligible X accounts. Enter a handle (@name) or id: and the numeric X user ID. This server resolves each entry with the official X API to its stable X user ID, and the campaign stores only identity hashes. A renamed handle stays the same account. The list cannot change after creation.
Any listed X account can accept the entire current recipient payout. The first valid claim accepted on-chain wins. Listing accounts does not verify that they belong to the same person. Each listed account is one more account whose compromise could authorize a claim. Release approval, where the platform requires it, stays a separate control.
Check the campaign
The campaign factory creates the router, its recipient settlement, and its bond coordinator, and registers all three in the treasury in the same transaction. No operator registration step exists. The dashboard indexes the campaign from the treasury registration event.
Verify the settlement's immutable eligible set, deployer, unlock threshold, and USDG settlement asset. The campaign token cannot change those terms.
Launch the campaign coin
Pons uses supported config 0. The campaign sets a 30 bp creator tax and disables Pons-native buyback. The naming bond depends on the PAYOUT token state when the launch executes. While the token is not active, the bond is exactly 300 USDG. After token activation, the bond is in PAYOUT, and the operator prices it at a 300 USD reference value. The signed quote fixes the bond asset, era, amount, payer, refund beneficiary, plan, eligible-set hash, nonce, and expiry, so a quote for one era cannot pull the asset of the other. The bond transfer, Pons launch, and router bind occur in one transaction. The bond returns once, as a pull refund to the refund beneficiary, on the first qualifying acceptance by any listed account. Otherwise it is forfeited at the disclosed first-opportunity deadline: a USDG bond goes to the treasury as a forfeited-bond contribution of this campaign, and a PAYOUT bond is burned.
This page prepares unsigned transactions. Your wallet shows each transaction before you approve it. No mainnet deployment has happened, and the PAYOUT token does not exist.
